LA CESIRA

Eraldo Moretto, known as La Cesira, is a comic actor and transformist with a 35-year career, a true icon of Italian cabaret and a reference for all Italian drag artists. In 2006 he received the Drag Queen of the Year Award, and in 2013 the WILD European VIP Award.

He has worked alongside Ezio Iacchetti on Velone, appeared on the satirical news show Striscia La Notizia, Domenica 5, L’Almanacco del Gene Gnocco on Rai 3, and has performed countless times at the historic Milan cabaret venue Zelig.

La Cesira is the character that made Eraldo Moretto a beloved performer for a wide, diverse, multi-generational audience that follows him enthusiastically everywhere.
